She launched her career with the goal of creating total life solutions that involve all aspects of living well: including health, wellness, weight loss, and overall lifestyle. Mike provides psychotherapy and mental health counseling for individuals in the greater Boston area. He combines his 10 years of experience in serving a wide variety of people through community mental health with life experience, warmth, empathy, and an emphasis on the individual client needs to create a superior therapeutic experience. His areas of concentration are alleviating anxiety, anger management, depression, trauma, substance misuse disorders, and mood regulation. Mike’s therapeutic styles includes CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative and Psychodynamic therapies. He is a level 2 practitioner of EMDR.

A practicing music therapist for the last 24 years, John centers his work on a humanistic, client-centered, clinically improvisational approach. In addition to music therapy, he currently teaches piano theory and improvisation privately. An avid composer, he has written works that have been employed in music therapy sessions, and performed at outside venues.

For the past 23 years, Jill has been specializing in music therapy services with young children. Using improvised music, she supports her clients and their families with a variety of sounds, encouraging them to explore and learn about their environment. She also teaches piano to children and adults, including individuals with special needs. As the founder of Little Meraki Music Class, she runs music and movement groups for families with very young children.
